I had my mug customised to add multiple dogs and changed coffee to hot chocolate and added books. I asked for these changes and immediately got a response saying that they could do that and even showed me a draft before I purchased the mug to ensure I was happy.
The costumer service was great and friendly and very open to suggestion and changes.
I love my mug and use it while reading of course. 😍😍
I’ve added a photo with one of my dogs I couldn’t add the other one or else hot chocolate would be all over my couch haha and she approves! She accidentally got a sip too while trying to take the photo
