What is the Urban Tails Pet Boutique affiliate program?

The Urban Tails Pet Boutique affiliate program is a way for you to earn commissions by placing banner ads or text links on your website or social media account to refer customers to our website.  You'll earn money every time a visitor follows your unique affiliate link and then completes a qualifying purchase at urbantailspetboutique.com.au.

Does it cost me anything to join?

No.  The program is completely free to join, once approved you can start earning straight away.

Affiliates can earn 10% on each eligible sale when a customer links directly from an affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase.  Commissions do not include returns, sales tax or shipping and handling.

We provide you with a set of banners that can be used on your website.  In addition, you can generate specific text links to any product on Urban Tails Pet Boutique, whenever you want. Place these banners and/or text links on your website to let your visitors know about our products. When your visitors follow the links and banners to our site and then completes a purchase, your account is credited with a commission.

What if I don't have a website, can I still join?

Yes, if you don't have a website you can share the text link via SMS, email or on social media.  You can also request a unique coupon code.  Commissions will be paid on any purchases made using your link or unique coupon code.

When will I be paid?

Commissions are paid 30 days after the customer receives the product, in line with our Refund Policy.

How will I be paid?

Payments will be made via Paypal or bank transfer.

What happens if the customer returns their order?

If the customers returns their order the commission will not be paid.

How do I keep track of my sales and referrals? 

You can track your website referrals and sales through your affiliate admin portal, here you'll be able to

• Review and manage your affiliate link/coupon, get affiliate links for specific products, get links with specific sources, and track your own performance on your dashboard.

• Review your referral orders and track the payment updates.

• Access the media gallery in the Marketing Tools section to assist you in promoting our brand.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data that is transferred to a computer in order to mark it for a later transaction. We use cookies to track customers who have clicked on your referral link and made purchases so you can get your commission.

What is the cookie length?

The cookie length is 30 days. You get credit for any order placed within 30 days of the original click from your referral link.
