Health Benefits

Gelatine

Gelatine is a form of collagen and is believed to have some health benefits for dogs when given in moderation. Here are some of the benefits of gelatine for dogs:
  • Supports joint health: Gelatine is a rich source of collagen, which is important for maintaining the health of joints, bones, and connective tissues.
  • Promotes skin and coat health: Collagen is also important for maintaining healthy skin and a shiny coat, and gelatine can help provide this nutrient.
  • Aids in digestion: Gelatine can help soothe the digestive tract and improve digestive health by absorbing water and forming a gel-like substance that can help move food through the digestive system.
  • Boosts the immune system: Gelatine is rich in amino acids, which are important for a healthy immune system.
It's important to note that while gelatine can have these health benefits, it should be given in moderation as a treat or supplement, as too much can cause digestive upset or interfere with the absorption of essential nutrients. It's also important to use high-quality, unsweetened food-grade gelatine.

Bone Broth

Bone broth for dogs provides several health benefits, including:
  • Joint health: The collagen in bone broth can help to support joint health and improve mobility in dogs, especially older dogs or those with joint conditions such as arthritis.
  • Gut health: Bone broth is high in gelatine, which can help to improve gut health by supporting the growth of good bacteria and reducing inflammation.
  • Improved immune system: The nutrients in bone broth, including vitamins and minerals, can help to support a healthy immune system and keep your dog strong and healthy.
  • Better digestion: Bone broth is easy to digest and can help to soothe an upset stomach.

Beetroot Powder

Beetroot powder is a rich source of nutrients that can provide a number of health benefits for dogs, such as:
  • Improved blood flow and cardiovascular health: Beetroot powder contains nitrates, which can help to improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. This can be beneficial for dogs with heart conditions or those at risk for heart disease.
  • Anti-inflammatory effects: Beetroot powder has anti-inflammatory properties that can help to reduce joint pain and improve mobility in dogs with arthritis or other inflammatory conditions.
  • Improved endurance and exercise performance: Beetroot powder can help to improve endurance and performance during exercise, making it a popular supplement for working dogs or those participating in performance events.
  • Antioxidant benefits: Beetroot powder is high in antioxidants, which can help to protect cells from damage and support overall health and wellness.
  • Improved liver health: Beetroot powder can help to support liver health and protect against liver damage, making it a good supplement for dogs with liver conditions or those at risk for liver disease.
Beetroot powder should be used in moderation as excessive consumption can lead to digestive issues such as upset stomach or diarrhea.
